Our policy for table booking is to reserve table for 15 min after the requested time. However, our record shows that you arrived our restaurant 30 min after the booked time. We gave your table to another waiting customer after 20 min ofafter your original booked time. At that night the restaurant is running at 120% of our capacity. Our staff was already delivering the best quality that they could.
